We work with individuals and leadership teams across a range of industries based in Bangkok and across Thailand.
How does the Annual Strategic Companion arrangement begin?
We start with an introductory conversation — usually one to two hours — to understand the business, its present concerns, and what you are hoping to think through over the year. If both parties feel the arrangement is appropriate, we agree on a start date and the first quarterly session follows within a few weeks.
What does Retreat Facilitation involve in practice?
In the weeks before the retreat, we work with the organising leader to shape the agenda — understanding what the team needs to address, how much time each topic deserves, and what kind of outputs are most useful. During the retreat itself, we hold the space and process so that leadership can participate fully. Afterwards, we prepare written documentation of decisions and next steps.
How does the Correspondence Arrangement work day to day?
You write when something is on your mind — a decision you are weighing, a situation that deserves reflection, a question you cannot quite settle. We read carefully and reply within five working days with our considered thoughts. Some months this happens several times; others, not at all. The arrangement continues month to month once established and you are welcome to pause it.
Are the sessions conducted in English?
All sessions and written exchanges are conducted in English. We find that for strategic thinking, working in the language in which you are most precise serves the quality of the work.
Can arrangements be adapted or combined?
We are open to discussing arrangements that combine elements — for instance, a Correspondence Arrangement that also includes occasional facilitated retreats when the team needs to convene. The best way to explore this is through an initial conversation.
