Our arrangements are structured around sustained engagement rather than project delivery. This means each session builds on what came before — not because we have filed good notes, but because we have genuinely accumulated an understanding of the business, its people, and the decisions it faces.
We place particular value on the written form. Strategic thinking expressed in writing has a precision and permanence that spoken exchange alone rarely achieves. This is reflected in our documentation practices — and is the foundation of the Correspondence Arrangement, which exists entirely in writing.

Annual Strategic Companion
A year-long arrangement for business owners or senior leaders who value sustained, considered strategic thinking rather than episodic engagements. The arrangement includes quarterly full-day working sessions, monthly two-hour conversations, and reasonable availability for written correspondence between sessions. Throughout the year, we develop together an understanding of the business that deepens through ongoing conversation. The arrangement concludes with a written reflection on the year's thinking and its implications.

Retreat Facilitation
For leadership teams holding significant retreat sessions — strategic planning retreats, team formation retreats, post-transition retreats — this service provides considered facilitation that allows leadership to participate fully rather than running the session themselves. We work with the organising leader in advance to shape the agenda thoughtfully, facilitate the retreat itself with appropriate care, and prepare written summaries of decisions and next steps. Retreats typically run one to two days.
What is included
- Pre-retreat agenda development (typically 2-3 planning conversations)
- Full facilitation of a one to two day retreat
- Process design and participant preparation guidance
- Written documentation of decisions and next steps
- Post-retreat debrief with the organising leader

Correspondence Arrangement
An understated ongoing arrangement in which the senior leader may send written reflections, questions, or considerations, receiving a thoughtful written reply within five working days. Suits leaders who think particularly well in writing and appreciate the considered quality of written exchange over spoken conversation. There is no fixed exchange frequency; some months involve several exchanges, others none. The arrangement continues month to month once established.

The senior consultant who begins the work is the senior consultant who does the work. No handoffs, no substitution.
Independent advice
No affiliations with vendors or other service firms. Our advice reflects only what we genuinely believe is in the client's interest.
Prompt response
Written enquiries and correspondence replies are delivered within five working days as standard, sooner where possible.
Honest endings
Either party may conclude an arrangement with reasonable notice. No penalty, no obligation beyond what we have agreed.
Transparent pricing, no surprises
All prices are in US dollars. Payment terms are confirmed during the introductory conversation. Thai Baht equivalents available on request.
